Parsec Muxtape

I’ve been developing alot of concepts and initial ideas for the PARSEC Ensemble lately. I thought I would share some of the music as a muxtape which has and continues to inspire me.

I hope to form the PARSEC Ensemble, a performance group of 7 vocalists within the next month. The ensemble will then rehearse for a while, and then stage a series of concerts inside PARSEC, singing and playing the instrument with their voices.

If you are a professional level vocalist who has experience or strong interest in contemporary music performance and the metaverse, I’d love to hear from you. It’s kind of necessary to have :

  • a reasonable amount of time to commit to rehearsals
  • a good enough mic / headset to perform in SLVoice
  • a quiet enough environment to perform

Experience in audio engineering would be useful too as we may need to use some DSP on your voice signal path, but this isnt essential.

Hope to hear from you, ideally with mp3 samples of your voice !

    Hey Dizzy~

    I believe you already know that I’m very interested in the Parsec Enemble project and I hope that you’re considering me~

    That said, I can make time for rehearsals, I do have a good mic/headset and a quiet space for performing. Also, I’m surrounded by people who are far more proficient in audio engineering than me.

    Shout back and let me know what you need or want from me~
